On behalf of CBCF, thank you to everyone who supported the 6th Annual Cure Breast Cancer Golf Classic! With your support, as well as everyone else who has supported us, we know that we can make a difference and are one step closer to finding a cure!
The Sixth Annual Cure Breast Cancer Golf Classic to benefit the research of the Self-Seeding Theory of Breast Cancer was held on Monday, June 17th, 2013. Raising over $542,000, this annual event was one of the most successful fundraising efforts of the Cure Breast Cancer Foundation. Twenty-seven foursomes that participated in the sold-out annual golf classic event enjoyed a full day of golf, a $1 Million Hole-In-One Shootout, and a drawing for the 2013 Blue Chevrolet Camaro Convertible.
The day concluded with a reception dinner where over two hundred guests were addressed by the Foundation’s Scientific Advisor, Dr. Larry Norton, and field experts Dr. Elizabeth Comen (also from MSKCC) and Dr. Ethel Siris from Columbia University Medical Center.
